Great flavour – the chilli gives a welcome spicy hit without being too overwhelming – but more importantly, great texture and consistency. Not claggy and uber chewy like the mass produced plastic stuff you get in super, this is legit the best jerky I’ve ever had, and the only one I ever buy now.
