40g Trailhead BBQ Beef Jerky

  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 2 Chopped Carrots
  • 1 Orange Pepper
  • 1 Tin Chick Peas
  • 1 Tin Mixed Beans

How to:

  1. Sweat of the Onion
  2. Add the carrots and Peppers cook for further 2 minutes
  3. Add the BBQ Beef Jerky
  4. Add Tin of Chick Peas and Mixed Beans
