We are lucky at Trailhead to be based in the heart of Mid Wales – surrounded by stunning countryside. However, this vast space is only what you make it!
So choose your activity – from paragliding to trail running, hiking to canoeing… and take advantage of the natural resources your home has to offer.
- Camping
This one isn’t technically “holidaying at home”, but it’s still a great way to keep it local, and have the ultimate adventure.
You only have to head an hour up the road, pitch up a tent & get the BBQ going, for an outdoor getaway you won’t forget.

- Be a tourist
Okay so this is a little less “adventure-ry” – but can definitely deliver a few unexpected surprises.
